The guarantee on the product granted by DECOPROYEC SUBERTRES S.L.U. It is 12 months stored correctly, and the guarantee on the application granted by the applying company ……………………………………………………. It will be valid for 10 years as soon as the product is applied correctly, according to our application use manual.
This guarantee includes the commitment of DECOPROYEC SUBERTRES S.L.U. to restore the necessary product free of charge in those cladding parts in which it deteriorates due to manufacturing fault or incorrect deterioration. Likewise, the applicator company undertakes to apply the substituted product.
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

Auxiliary masonry work or any other necessary to carry out the repair are not included in it.
It will have no effect if the cladding is damaged by misuse, by construction defects in the building, by catastrophic risks or force majeure, or if the work was manipulated or repaired by another applying company other than …………………… ………………………….
If any anomaly is observed, the applicator company must be notified in writing as soon as possible.
The guarantee will take effect only if the total amount of the work is fully satisfied and the number of square meters applied coincides with the weight of material supplied, taking into account the performance of 2 Kg/m2.
